This policy applies to all Nico subscriptions and purchases made through Gamer Chachi Inc.
2. Subscription Plans
Nico offers the following subscription options:
- Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly, cancel anytime
- Quarterly Subscription: Billed every 3 months at a discounted rate
- Annual Subscription: Billed yearly, best value with maximum savings
All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your Nico subscription at any time through the following methods:
- Account Settings: Log in to your account and navigate to Subscription Settings → Cancel Subscription
- Email Request: Send a cancellation request to support@meetnico.app with your account email
3.2 When Cancellation Takes Effect
- Immediate Processing: Your cancellation request is processed immediately
- Access Until End of Period: You retain full access to Nico until the end of your current billing period
- No Prorated Refunds: You will not receive a prorated refund for unused time
- No Future Charges: You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation
3.3 Confirmation
After canceling, you will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation with information about when your access will end.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 No Refunds
All sales are final. Nico does not offer refunds for subscription purchases, except as required by law or in the specific circumstances outlined below.
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable. You will not receive a refund for:
- Subscription purchases of any kind (monthly, quarterly, or annual)
- Subscription renewals
- Partial months or unused time in a billing period
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the service
- Failure to cancel before a renewal date
4.2 Exceptions - Billing Errors and Fraud
Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:
- Billing Errors: If you were charged an incorrect amount due to a technical error on our part
- Unauthorized Charges: If charges were made without your authorization (fraudulent transactions)
- Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same subscription period
- Legal Requirements: Where refunds are required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction
To report a billing error or unauthorized charge, contact support@meetnico.app immediately with details of the issue.
4.3 How to Report Issues
If you believe you've been charged in error or have experienced unauthorized charges:

- Include: Your account email, transaction details, date of charge, and explanation of the issue
- Response Time: We'll investigate and respond within 2-5 business days
Important: Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, as chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension.
5. Payment Issues
6.1 Failed Payments
- If a payment fails, we'll attempt to charge your payment method multiple times
- You'll receive email notifications about payment failures
- Update your payment information in account settings to maintain access
- After multiple failed attempts, your subscription may be canceled
6.2 Disputed Charges
If you believe you've been charged incorrectly:
- Contact Us First: Email support@meetnico.app before disputing with your bank
- Resolution: We'll investigate and resolve legitimate billing errors
- Chargebacks: Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension
- Documentation: Provide transaction details and explanation of the issue
6. Account Reactivation
If you've canceled your subscription and want to return:
- Within 90 Days: Your account data and progress are fully restored
- After 90 Days: Your data may have been deleted per our Privacy Policy
- Process: Simply log in and resubscribe through your account settings
- No Penalty: No fees or penalties for reactivating your subscription
7. Promotional Offers
- Promotional discounts are typically offered for the initial subscription period only
- After the promotional period, standard pricing applies
- Coupon codes cannot be applied retroactively to existing subscriptions
- All promotional purchases are subject to the same no-refund policy
8. Third-Party Payment Processors
If you purchased through a third-party platform (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, etc.), subscriptions are managed through that platform and subject to their refund policies. For assistance, contact us at support@meetnico.app.
9. Changes to Pricing
- We may change subscription prices at any time
- Price changes will not affect your current billing period
- You'll be notified at least 30 days before any price increase
- You can cancel before the new price takes effect
