  • If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately
  • Nico does not provide diagnoses, prescribe medications, or replace nicotine replacement therapy prescribed by your doctor

  • Promotional messages about new features or offers (optional)

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the Service and your preferences. You may receive:

  • Daily check-ins and motivational messages (if enabled)
  • Real-time responses to your inquiries
  • Periodic progress updates and reminders
  • Occasional promotional messages (if you opt in)

Your Right to Opt-Out

You can stop receiving messages at any time. To opt out:

  • Reply "STOP", "UNSUBSCRIBE", or "CANCEL" to any WhatsApp or SMS message
  • Adjust your communication preferences in your account settings
  • Email support@meetnico.app with your opt-out request
  • Use the unsubscribe link in any email we send

We will process your opt-out request immediately or within 24 hours. You may continue to receive essential service-related messages (such as security alerts or billing notifications) even after opting out of promotional and motivational content.

Message and Data Rates

Standard messaging and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to messages sent via SMS or WhatsApp. We are not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.

WhatsApp Business Policy Compliance

Our use of WhatsApp for communication complies with WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy. We will:

  • Only contact you if you have provided your phone number and opted in
  • Respect all opt-out requests immediately

  • Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support
  • Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds are provided except in cases of billing errors, unauthorized charges, or as required by law

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Gamer Chachi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our prior written permission.

  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted through the Service
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted or shared through the Service

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gamer Chachi and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

14. Termination
